Role & Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately, manage cash and electronic payments, and handle returns and exchanges per store policy.
- Support inventory management activities including replenishment, stock counts and shrinkage prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, VIP appointments and after‑sales follow-up to maximise client retention.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills suited to a luxury retail environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high‑touch customer service and to cultivate client relationships.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented with strong numeracy for transaction handling and sales reporting.
- Familiarity with loss‑prevention best practices and inventory control procedures.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience; experience in luxury, premium fashion or accessories retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
