Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.

  • Maintain detailed product knowledge of leather goods, accessories and apparel to guide client purchase decisions.
  • Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions and manage returns with accuracy and adherence to brand policies.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure windows, displays and stock presentation reflect brand guidelines.
  • Receive, unpack and process merchandise; assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Contribute to store opening/closing procedures and maintain a tidy, secure sales floor environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a retail or client-facing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, polished manner.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to stand for extended periods during shift work.
  • Legal authorization to work in the job location.

Experience
