Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience through proactive clienteling, follow-up and relationship building to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI metrics through expert product knowledge and consultative selling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process sales, exchanges, refunds and gift services while maintaining cash-handling integrity.

Qualifications

- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
