Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience through proactive clienteling, follow-up and relationship building to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI metrics through expert product knowledge and consultative selling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process sales, exchanges, refunds and gift services while maintaining cash-handling integrity.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, front-of-house presentation and housekeeping to reflect brand aesthetics.
  • Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, promotional initiatives and training sessions; represent the brand professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, leather goods or accessories.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service orientation.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Legal right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
