Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a polished, personalized client experience consistently, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, effective product presentation and strategic upselling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges while maintaining cash-handling integrity.

  • Support inventory control and loss-prevention procedures, including receiving, tagging and cycle counts.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and team meetings; contribute to a collaborative retail environment.
