Coach is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada. Join Coach to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalized, elevated service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships via in-store styling, clienteling tools and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demonstrations) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Operate daily store functions: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap procedures and apply asset-protection policies.
  • Support inventory workflows: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock, and maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards, participate in brand initiatives and complete required training programs.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
  • Adhere to physical requirements: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending and kneeling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad; basic computer literacy (laptop/tablet).
  • Familiarity with clienteling tools, social selling platforms and reading price/release sheets; walkie‑talkie experience an asset.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift and manoeuvre inventory as required.
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered; social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling and omni‑channel selling is strongly preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
