Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with a luxury retail environment and Coach brand standards.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective selling techniques.
  • Build and maintain a client portfolio using clienteling practices and follow-up to drive repeat business and stronger lifetime value.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash/card reconciliation.
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain impeccable store presentation, ensuring product displays are brand-compliant and refreshed regularly.
  • Participate in inventory management activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support store events, launches and promotional activities, and collaborate closely with store leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Professional, polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury fashion environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and willingness to undergo background screening where required.
  • Language skills beyond the local language are advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience
