Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately and handle cash and card transactions in accordance with policy.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is presented to brand guidelines, including window displays and on-floor styling.
- Assist with inventory management activities, stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts to maintain product availability and stock accuracy.
- Contribute to daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, housekeeping, loss-prevention and compliance with brand policies.
- Collaborate with the store team and management to execute promotional events, private appointments and in-store client experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer service training is a plus.
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury or premium fashion, with a demonstrable sales record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; must be legally authorized to work in the hiring country.
- Strong attention to detail, professional grooming standards and commitment to maintaining brand presentation.

Experience
Approximately 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium lifestyle brands, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and experience with clienteling and merchandising.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail or fashion vocational training advantageous.
