Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and repeat business.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients with authority and style-led expertise.
  • Execute visual merchandising and floor standards to brand guidelines, ensuring presentation, housekeeping and stock levels are impeccable.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and support payment, returns and client account administration.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and loss prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives; mentor and support junior colleagues when required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable track record in luxury or premium retail sales, with consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mentality and polished presentation.
