Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and repeat business.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients with authority and style-led expertise.
- Execute visual merchandising and floor standards to brand guidelines, ensuring presentation, housekeeping and stock levels are impeccable.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and support payment, returns and client account administration.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and loss prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives; mentor and support junior colleagues when required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record in luxury or premium retail sales, with consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mentality and polished presentation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country and reliable, punctual attendance.
- Professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury retail environment and aptitude for confidential client relationships.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in luxury or premium retail sales, including demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and delivering high‑touch client service. Experience mentoring or training junior sales staff is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary study in business, fashion, retail or a related discipline preferred.
