Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling activities.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while following cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards, including window displays and floor sets.

  • Support inventory management: receive, tag, replenish stock and assist with stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or luxury sales experience (preferred: 1+ year in a high-end environment).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
  • Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Numeracy and accuracy for handling transactions and basic reconciliation.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
