Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-quality client service to develop lasting customer relationships and drive repeat business.

  • Support inventory cycle counts, stock replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, client outreach and promotional initiatives to grow the client base.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused with polished interpersonal and communication skills appropriate for luxury retail.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Attention to detail, professional grooming and adherence to brand presentation standards.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience

Entry-level role; 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally within luxury or premium brands.
