Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets through upselling, cross-selling and conversion techniques.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories (handbags, leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories) to guide client purchasing decisions.
  • Operate POS systems accurately, process transactions, and manage refunds, exchanges and receipts in accordance with brand procedures.
  • Execute visual merchandising and store standards to maintain presentation aligned with seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage stock replenishment, receive deliveries, perform inventory counts and assist with loss prevention measures.
  • Participate in selling events, trunk shows and VIP appointments, supporting store initiatives to drive traffic and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the store team and leadership to support operational tasks, opening/closing procedures and staff briefings.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills and a results-driven sales record.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and empathy.
  • Reliable availability for retail schedules, including weekends and evenings as required.
  • Ability to handle cash and complete transactional processes with attention to detail.

Experience

Approximately 2+ years of retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and cultivating repeat clients.
