Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Execute daily sales floor activities to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories and communicate brand heritage and product features to clients.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, refunds and gift services, and ensure correct cash handling procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards and assist with window and in-store displays to preserve brand presentation.
- Manage inbound client communications, appointment scheduling and VIP services; assist at client events and private appointments.
- Participate in inventory control processes, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures; receive and process deliveries.
- Mentor and support junior staff when required and contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1–3 years in luxury or premium fashion.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Legal right to work in the assigned country.

Typically requires 1–3 years of retail experience in a luxury or premium environment with demonstrated sales performance and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, fashion or business is a plus.
