Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through visual standards and merchandising executions.
- Lead implementation of corporate initiatives and support full store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and store procedures.
- Analyze sales data and trends, provide recommendations to improve store performance, and translate insights into actionable visual strategies.
- Recruit, interview and provide high-level training and development; deliver ongoing feedback and hold the team accountable for individual and business goals.
- Mentor the team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership, and champion resources that foster a healthy internal work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail space at the lead/supervisor level.
- Demonstrable leadership and coaching experience with the ability to develop direct reports and build effective teams.
- Proven business acumen with experience monitoring sales KPIs and executing forward-planned strategies to meet store goals.
- Ability to bend, reach, climb, kneel and regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience resolving employee or customer conflicts in a retail environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with a proven record of achieving sales targets, developing store teams and executing visual merchandising standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, visual merchandising or related post-secondary coursework or certification preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
