Coach Lead Supervisor position in Wrentham, Massachusetts; drive sales and lead retail team with $17–$27.75/hr base pay plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Establish trust and support a collaborative, inclusive team environment that promotes fair and positive experience
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and KPIs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving goals
- Enforce company policies and procedures in addition to store operational procedures
- Create a customer-centric culture prioritizing customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
- Build long-term customer relationships to meet business goals
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team in absence of leadership
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated excellence in drive for results and consistently exceeding goals
- Strong interpersonal savvy and ability to build effective relationships with diverse teams
- Proficiency in strategic agility and anticipating future trends and opportunities
- Expertise in developing direct reports and building effective teams
- Strong competency in customer focus and meeting internal and external customer expectations
Skills
Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent leadership role in a high-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or retail management certification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Wrentham, Massachusetts, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
