Coach in Woodstock, Georgia (Atlanta) seeks a Lead Supervisor to lead the sales floor, drive KPIs and coach store teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to drive sales targets and ensure an elevated, consistent customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying Coach values, increasing brand awareness and leading implementation of company initiatives across store operations.
- Analyze sales data and store KPIs to identify trends, formulate action plans and make recommendations that enhance store performance.
- Recruit, interview and support performance management activities, deliver high-level training and provide actionable coaching and feedback to develop individual and team performance.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture; enforce company policies and store operational procedures to ensure compliance and productivity.
- Champion clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and mentor the team on customer-centric service techniques.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership and promote resources that maintain a healthy internal work environment.
- Perform physical store duties as required, including merchandising, stockroom management and occasional handling of product, fixtures and displays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, including recruiting, coaching, performance evaluation and delivering training.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience analyzing sales metrics and executing plans to meet KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills; ability to maintain integrity and foster an inclusive team environment.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment with responsibility for driving sales, coaching staff, executing store operations and contributing to recruiting and performance processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail management coursework preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
