Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and building lasting guest relationships
  • Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors
  • Provide real-time feedback, training, and support to associates to elevate service and selling skills
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ordering, inventory management, and food safety compliance
  • Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications

  • Ability to meet store operating policies, food safety standards, and cash handling requirements
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
