Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and building lasting guest relationships
- Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors
- Provide real-time feedback, training, and support to associates to elevate service and selling skills
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ordering, inventory management, and food safety compliance
- Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
- Uphold Coach brand values and ensure consistent luxury experience while serving as brand ambassador
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage sales floor and stockroom operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with food and beverage operating systems
- Ability to meet store operating policies, food safety standards, and cash handling requirements
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1+ years of experience in retail or food service management, with demonstrated expertise in customer-facing roles, task delegation, and operational procedures. Experience with food and beverage systems and point-of-sale operations preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Further retail management or hospitality certification preferred.
