Coach Lead Supervisor position in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Drive retail sales, lead teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. $20.50–$28.00/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and enhance store performance through targeted strategies
- Recruit, interview, evaluate, and provide high-level training to store team members
- Implement individualized team development plans to enhance customer experience and drive overall performance
- Establish trust and integrity while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture within the store
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Execute innovative customer-centric strategies and mentor team members on clienteling approaches to build long-term relationships
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution to team members and district in the absence of leadership team
- Lead implementation of forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives and store KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom effectively
- Demonstrated competencies: Courage, Creativity, Customer Focus, Dealing with Ambiguity, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Savvy, and Learning on the Fly
- For people managers: Strategic Agility, Developing Direct Reports, and Building Effective Teams

1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level, demonstrating success in driving sales performance and building high-performing teams.
