Coach (Tapestry) in Wichita, KS seeks a Lead Supervisor to lead the sales floor, coach teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible, motivational leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent execution of Coach brand standards and company initiatives.
- Coach and develop the sales team through one-on-one feedback, targeted training, and performance evaluations to increase productivity and clienteling effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, recommend actions, and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and hold team members accountable to individual and store goals.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, store operational procedures, and support HR/conflict-resolution needs in the absence of senior leadership.
- Contribute to creating a customer-centric culture that prioritizes long-term client relationships through disciplined clienteling strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a Lead Supervisor or similar level.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability with experience delivering sales results and developing teams.
- Comfortable analyzing sales data and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including regularly lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of hands-on supervisory experience in a competitive retail setting, with a proven track record of coaching teams, executing store initiatives, meeting KPIs, and supporting hiring and performance management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or retail management coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 23.75 per hour.
