Coach Lead Supervisor role in West Palm Beach, FL. Drive sales, lead teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. $17–$27.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness throughout the store community
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational functionality of the store
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make strategic recommendations to enhance store performance
- Develop individualized team training and coaching to improve customer service delivery and business outcomes
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and comprehensive training of sales team members
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for business and personal development goals
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards across the entire team
- Mentor the sales team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and drive revenue
- Provide human resources support and conflict resolution to the team and district in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail environments at a lead supervisor level or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and move throughout sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales analysis and business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective teams
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving results
Skills
Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail environments at a lead supervisor level or similar leadership position in a customer-facing retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required; further retail management certification or relevant training preferred.
