Coach Lead Supervisor in West Hartford, Connecticut — Drive sales and lead retail teams in luxury fashion retail. Full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness throughout the store
- Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development initiatives to increase overall customer experience and performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support store operations with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving personal and business goals
- Ensure team compliance with Company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Create customer-centric strategies that prioritize satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or comparable position
- Demonstrated ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom effectively
- Strong business acumen and understanding of retail KPIs and sales metrics

Experience
Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or comparable leadership role in luxury fashion or upscale retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management training or certification preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
