Coach Lead Supervisor role in Waterloo, NY. Full-time retail leadership position managing sales floor operations, team development, and customer experiences. $16–$24.75/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support an environment of collaboration within store and throughout the organization
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving business goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of Company policies, procedures, and store operational procedures
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
  • Create a customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience

Education

High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) or equivalent retail/supervisory training preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
