Coach Lead Supervisor
Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Waipahu, Hawaii. Lead the sales floor, coach teams and drive KPIs for Coach at the Waikele location.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver elevated customer experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through exceptional service and client engagement.
- Implement company initiatives and operational procedures to ensure smooth store functioning and compliance with corporate standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPI trends; propose and execute targeted action plans to improve store performance.
- Coach, develop and evaluate store associates through one-on-one feedback, targeted training and performance conversations.
- Support recruiting and interviewing activities; participate in onboarding and high-level training as required.
- Drive clienteling strategy and mentor the team on building long-term customer relationships to increase retention and lifetime value.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership, ensuring a respectful and productive work environment.
- Enforce store policies, loss-prevention protocols and health & safety practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment at a Lead Supervisor or equivalent level.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop retail teams, deliver feedback, and hold associates accountable to objectives.
- Proven commercial acumen with experience interpreting sales metrics and translating insight into actionable plans.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills; comfortable providing HR-related support in lieu of management.
- Physical ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience managing a competitive retail environment at the lead supervisor level, with a track record of coaching teams, driving sales KPIs and supporting store operations.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
