Coach Lead Supervisor position in Villefontaine, France. Drive sales and lead high-performing retail team at Lyon Outlet store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness across the store
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational scope of the business
- Monitor and analyse sales data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to enhance store performance
- Recruit, interview, and conduct high-level training of sales associates; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Execute individualized team development plans to increase overall customer experience and performance
- Create a customer-centric culture by mentoring the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain strict compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational guidelines across the team
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district when leadership is absent
- Champion company resources to support a healthy and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly; capability to lift and carry product, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds as required
- Demonstrated ability to establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster collaboration within a team environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to execute forward-planned strategies aligned with leadership initiatives
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or similar supervisory role in luxury or premium retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or business certifications preferred.
