Coach Lead Supervisor I in Vancouver, BC – $21–$30/hr. Lead retail operations, manage teams, drive sales at Oakridge Park location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and serve as brand ambassador to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational function of the business
  • Establish trust and maintain integrity to create collaborative, inclusive store environment and promote fair workplace culture
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience
  • Execute forward-planned strategies aligned with leadership initiatives and store KPIs
  • Recruit, interview, conduct performance evaluations, and provide high-level training to store team
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels
  • Hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals through clear accountability measures
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences across internal and external partnerships
  • Cultivate customer-centric culture through mentoring on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution to store team and district in absence of senior leadership
  • Champion company resources and initiatives to support healthy, inclusive work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at Lead Supervisor level or above
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated ability to climb and perform physical tasks as required in retail environment
  • Exemplary competencies in Courage, Creativity, Customer Focus, Dealing with Ambiguity, and Drive for Results
  • Strong competencies in Strategic Agility, Developing Direct Reports, and Building Effective Teams as required for people managers

Experience
