Coach Lead Supervisor position in Vancouver, BC. Retail leadership role managing sales floor operations, team development, and customer experience. $21–$30/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serves as Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
- Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implements individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
- Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; holds team accountable for achieving personal and business goals
- Enforces compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational practices
- Executes innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for internal and external partners
- Creates customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentors team on clienteling strategy
- Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at Lead Supervisor level or comparable supervisory role
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
