Coach Lead Supervisor in Vacaville, California – retail management role with $17–$27.75/hr, leading sales teams and driving customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness throughout the store
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational execution of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Recruit, interview, evaluate, and provide high-level training to team members as needed
- Establish trust and support a collaborative, inclusive team environment that promotes fair and positive experiences
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance across all levels
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational compliance with accountability
- Execute customer-centric strategies and mentor team members on clienteling techniques to build long-term customer relationships

Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at lead supervisor or assistant manager level
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
- Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to inspire high-performing teams
- Strong sales acumen and track record of exceeding performance targets

Experience
1+ years of experience in a lead supervisory or assistant manager role within competitive retail environments, with proven expertise in sales achievement, team management, and operational oversight.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management training or certification preferred.
