Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor in Vacaville, CA to drive sales, coach teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver elevated client experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to embody Coach values and increase brand awareness through daily interactions and merchandising standards.
- Lead execution of company initiatives and ensure full operational readiness of the store, including adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends and recommend actions to improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview and support performance management; deliver high-level training and individualized development plans for team members.
- Coach and hold the team accountable to individual and business goals, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Support clienteling strategies to cultivate long-term customer relationships and mentor staff in delivering consistent aftercare.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership and promote a healthy, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the lead/supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop retail teams with measurable impact on sales and KPIs.
- Physical capability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, climb and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom.
- Proven aptitude for analyzing sales data and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Comfortable delivering direct, candid feedback and handling conflict with professionalism and tact.
Skills
Experience
At least one year in a supervisory or lead role within a competitive retail environment, with responsibility for driving sales, coaching teams and influencing operational outcomes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or an associate degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
