Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, promoting brand values and elevating local brand awareness at the Mohegan Sun location.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure smooth store operations, including adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Coach, mentor and develop retail team members through individualized training, feedback, and performance management to improve individual and store results.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations to optimize store performance and KPIs.
- Support recruiting, interviewing and onboarding activities; provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership.
- Drive clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and contribute to repeat business and lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail environment at the lead or supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales performance and translate insights into team actions to meet KPIs.
- Proven coaching and people-management capabilities, including delivering performance feedback and conducting development conversations.
- Capacity to perform physical retail tasks: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead-level experience in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment with responsibility for driving sales and managing a small team.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or retail/management certification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Uncasville, Connecticut, USA, with easy access to Hartford.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
