Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by modeling Coach values and increasing brand awareness with clients and the local community.
- Implement corporate initiatives and ensure seamless daily store operations, including adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, recommend actions to improve performance, and translate insights into team objectives.
- Recruit, interview and support high-impact hiring; conduct performance evaluations and deliver coaching, training and development plans.
- Provide actionable feedback, hold team members accountable for individual and store goals, and foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
- Drive clienteling and long-term relationship-building strategies to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
- Support HR and conflict-resolution needs for the team and district in the absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisory level.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop retail teams to meet sales and service KPIs.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience using sales data to drive decisions and actions.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks required for store operations: regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the lead or supervisor level.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or coursework in retail/management preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 23.75 per hour.
