Coach Lead Supervisor in Tucson, Arizona – Drive retail sales and lead teams at Tucson Premium Outlets. $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Coach Brand Ambassador, embodying company values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the store
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Establish trust and integrity while supporting a collaborative, inclusive culture amongst the team
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving personal and business goals

- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

- Competency in Strategic Agility, Developing Direct Reports and Others, and Building Effective Teams
