Coach Lead Supervisor position in Tucson, AZ. Full-time retail leadership role managing sales floor operations, team development, and customer experience in a luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Serves as Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness across internal and external stakeholders
  • Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
  • Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implements individualized team development initiatives to increase overall customer experience and engagement
  • Recruits, interviews, and conducts high-level training and performance evaluations as needed
  • Provides necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels; holds team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
  • Adheres to and enforces team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Executes innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
  • Creates customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentors team on clienteling strategy
  • Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and move materials
  • Demonstrates courage, creativity, and strong customer focus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
