Coach Lead Supervisor position in Tucson, AZ. Full-time retail leadership role managing sales floor operations, team development, and customer experience in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serves as Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness across internal and external stakeholders
- Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
- Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implements individualized team development initiatives to increase overall customer experience and engagement
- Recruits, interviews, and conducts high-level training and performance evaluations as needed
- Provides necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels; holds team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Adheres to and enforces team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Executes innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
- Creates customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentors team on clienteling strategy
- Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
- Champions company resources to support a healthy work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and move materials
- Demonstrates courage, creativity, and strong customer focus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level; proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or retail management certification preferred.
