Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Tsawwassen Mills, British Columbia, Canada. Lead the retail team to deliver sales, exceptional client service and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through product knowledge and exemplary service.
- Drive store performance by monitoring sales data, identifying trends, and implementing forward‑planned strategies to meet KPIs.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver ongoing coaching, high‑level training and performance evaluations for the sales team.
- Implement company initiatives and enforce store operational standards, policies and compliance requirements.
- Develop and mentor team members through individualized development plans to improve performance and customer service.
- Lead clienteling and customer‑retention strategies to build long‑term relationships and maximize lifetime value.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution for the team and district in the absence of senior leadership.
- Oversee basic merchandising, stockroom organisation and loss‑prevention practices; assist with physical tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrable coaching and performance‑management experience.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks regularly, including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling and moving product or fixtures.
- Demonstrated adherence to company policies and the ability to maintain a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.

Experience
Minimum 1+ year of equivalent supervisory experience managing a retail sales floor or competitive retail space at a lead/supervisor level, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing team performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Tsawwassen Mills, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.50 to CAD 28 per hour.
