Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Coach values and stewarding brand awareness and merchandising standards.
- Coach, develop and hold the sales team accountable through recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations and targeted training.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance and client retention.
- Implement company initiatives and store operational procedures to ensure compliance and seamless daily operations.
- Drive clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and mentor staff on customer service best practices.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution for the team and district in the absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead supervisor or comparable level.
- Proven leadership and coaching experience with a track record of driving sales and developing teams.
- Ability to perform physical duties required for retail operations: regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, reach, climb and maneuver sales floor and stock areas.
- Demonstrated aptitude for analyzing sales metrics and translating data into actionable plans.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment at a lead or senior supervisor level, with demonstrable results in sales leadership and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or diploma in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.
