Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness as a Brand Ambassador
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the store business
- Establish trust and integrity to promote collaboration, fair treatment, and inclusive culture within the team
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations enhancing store performance
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and training of store staff
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for business goals
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor the team on clienteling to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent
- Ability to physically bend, reach, stretch, and lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds; occasionally lift and carry product, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds
