Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness through clienteling and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend tactical actions to improve store performance.
  • Recruit, interview, coach and develop store team members; deliver high-level training and performance evaluations.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures, and oversee stockroom and visual standards.
  • Resolve HR and employee relations matters in the absence of senior leadership and promote an inclusive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor level.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop retail sales teams and to drive measurable sales results.
  • Ability to bend, reach, climb, kneel and regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven conflict resolution and people-management capabilities.

Experience

At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience within a competitive retail environment, with demonstrable success in driving sales, coaching teams, and managing store operations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail leadership certifications or vocational training are advantageous.
