Coach Lead Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, reinforcing Coach values and increasing brand awareness through daily interactions and merchandising standards.
- Implement company initiatives and operational procedures to support smooth store functioning and attainment of KPIs.
- Coach, mentor and develop store team members; provide feedback, evaluate performance and drive individual development plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends; recommend and execute strategies to improve store performance.
- Support recruiting, interviewing and onboarding activities; provide high-level training when required.
- Resolve HR and customer escalation issues in the absence of senior leadership and promote a healthy, inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention procedures and store operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor or similar level.
- Demonstrated leadership and people development capability, including coaching and performance management.
- Proven ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into actionable plans to improve KPIs.
- Experience with recruiting, conducting interviews and delivering team training.
- Physical ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space in a lead supervisor or senior sales role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or retail management coursework preferred.
