Coach Lead Supervisor in Terengganu, Malaysia—retail leadership role driving sales and customer experience at Mayang Mall Pop-Up.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness as a Brand Ambassador
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and oversee full store operations
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development programmes to increase overall customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of sales staff
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving goals
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with internal and external partners
- Create a customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team members and district staff in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail spaces at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to lift and carry product, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds as needed
