Coach Lead Supervisor role in Sugar Land, Texas. Lead a retail team and drive sales excellence at First Colony Mall. Full-time position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and champion brand awareness initiatives among the team and customers
- Lead the implementation of company initiatives and ensure full operational functionality of the store
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance store performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
- Recruit, interview, and conduct performance evaluations for store team members; provide high-level training as required
- Mentor the team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and exceed business goals
- Provide constructive feedback and performance guidance to team members at all levels; hold team accountable for individual and business objectives
- Administer and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution to the team and district in the absence of leadership team members
- Champion company resources to support a healthy and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail environments at the lead supervisor level or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom as required
- Strong business acumen with ability to execute forward-planned strategies
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales data analysis and trend identification
- Experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management
Skills
Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level or comparable position within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is valued.

The successful candidate will be located in Sugar Land, Texas, USA, with easy access to Houston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
