Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Embody Coach brand values and champion brand awareness initiatives among the team and customers
• Lead the implementation of company initiatives and ensure full operational functionality of the store
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance store performance
• Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
• Recruit, interview, and conduct performance evaluations for store team members; provide high-level training as required
• Mentor the team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and exceed business goals
• Provide constructive feedback and performance guidance to team members at all levels; hold team accountable for individual and business objectives
• Administer and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
• Provide HR support and conflict resolution to the team and district in the absence of leadership team members
• Champion company resources to support a healthy and inclusive work environment

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail environments at the lead supervisor level or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom as required
• Strong business acumen with ability to execute forward-planned strategies
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales data analysis and trend identification
• Experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management

Skills

Experience

1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level or comparable position within a luxury or premium retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is valued.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
