Coach Lead Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, driving brand standards, increasing brand awareness, and executing company initiatives to support store operations.
- Coach, mentor and develop store team members through recruitment, interviewing, performance evaluations, and targeted training to improve individual and store performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend and implement actions to enhance store performance.
- Drive a customer-centric culture, mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships, and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of store leadership and ensure team compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support visual and operational tasks including merchandising, stockroom management and occasional lifting/moving of product and fixtures as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop retail teams, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in recruiting and interviewing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and using sales data to drive decisions.
- Ability to provide HR support and mediate conflict; exercise sound judgment in people-related matters.
- Ability to routinely lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb, kneel and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, demonstrating leadership on the sales floor, team development, and achievement of sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a credential in retail/management preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 23.75 per hour.
