Coach Lead Supervisor I role in Southlake, Texas—manage retail operations, lead teams, and drive sales in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serve as brand ambassador embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed
- Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels
- Hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Create customer-centric culture prioritizing customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated ability to establish trust, maintain integrity, and support collaborative environment
- Strong business acumen and sales analysis skills
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and team development
- Knowledge of clienteling strategies and customer relationship management
