Coach Lead Supervisor I role in Southlake, Texas—manage retail operations, lead teams, and drive sales in a luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Serve as brand ambassador embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed
  • Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels
  • Hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Create customer-centric culture prioritizing customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust, maintain integrity, and support collaborative environment
  • Strong business acumen and sales analysis skills
  • Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and team development
  • Knowledge of clienteling strategies and customer relationship management
