Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Coach, communicating brand values and increasing brand awareness at the Assembly Row store.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including adherence to policies and procedures.
- Analyze sales data and trends, translate insights into tactical recommendations, and execute plans to improve store performance and KPIs.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and deliver high-level training and development to store team members.
- Coach and evaluate individual performance, provide actionable feedback, and hold team members accountable for achieving business goals.
- Drive clienteling strategy and mentor the team to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support for the store and district in the absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment at the lead or supervisor level.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and executing KPI-driven strategies.
- Experience in recruiting, coaching, performance management, and delivering frontline training.
- Ability to bend, reach, climb, kneel and regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment and supporting an inclusive team culture.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail setting, with demonstrated ability to drive sales, develop teams, and manage store-level KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
