Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor in Simpsonville, Kentucky. Lead the sales floor, drive KPIs and elevate client experience for this Tapestry brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through exemplary client interactions.
  • Implement company initiatives and ensure smooth daily store operations, including merchandising, stock management and visual standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and recommend tactical adjustments to improve store performance.
  • Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver high‑level training and ongoing coaching to drive individual and team development.
  • Deliver actionable feedback and performance evaluations; hold direct reports accountable for individual and business goals.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, store procedures and loss‑prevention standards.
  • Champion clienteling strategies and mentor the team to build long‑term customer relationships and repeat business.
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership, promoting a healthy, inclusive workplace.
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting merchandise and fixtures and maintaining the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a retail team to achieve sales results and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proven experience with recruiting, training, performance management and coaching.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate findings into tactical actions to improve store performance.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to bend, climb and maneuver throughout the store.

Experience

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment. Experience in premium or luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
