Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor (part-time) in Sevierville, TN to lead the sales floor, coach teams and drive results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to drive sales, execute visual and operational standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, consistently representing brand values and increasing customer awareness.
- Lead the implementation of company initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Coach, mentor and develop store associates through individualized training, performance feedback and accountability to achieve KPIs.
- Analyse sales data and trends; provide actionable recommendations to improve store performance and customer retention.
- Support recruiting, interviewing and high-level training activities; participate in performance evaluations as required.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of store leadership; enforce company policies and store procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop retail teams, drive sales, and meet performance targets.
- Experience using sales metrics and KPIs to inform strategy and individual development plans.
- Comfort with recruiting, interviewing and delivering performance feedback.
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform sales-floor physical activities (climb, bend, kneel, maneuver stockroom).
Skills
Experience
At least one year of supervisory experience within a competitive retail setting; proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business, retail management or fashion preferred.

This position is based in Sevierville, Tennessee, USA, within easy reach of Knoxville.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
