Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Establish trust and integrity while supporting an environment of collaboration within the store and throughout the organization
- Provide individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and accountability
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance on all levels
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
- Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team

Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
