Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets, drive KPIs and deliver exemplary customer experiences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Coach values and raising brand awareness with clients and the local community.
  • Analyze store sales data, identify trends and recommend tactical and operational adjustments to improve performance.
  • Lead execution of company initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with policies.
  • Recruit, interview and support performance management and development of store team members; provide coaching and feedback.
  • Mentor the team on clienteling strategies to deepen long-term customer relationships and enhance retention.
  • Support HR and conflict-resolution activities in the absence of senior leadership and foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Assist with merchandising and stockroom activities, including lifting and moving product, fixtures or displays as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams, conduct performance evaluations and deliver targeted training.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with experience interpreting sales metrics and translating insight into action.
  • Capacity to perform physical duties of the role: regularly lift 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
