Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Schaumburg, IL (Woodfield) to lead sales, coaching and clienteling for the store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Coach values and enhancing brand awareness through client interactions and store presentation.
- Drive execution of company initiatives and ensure smooth daily store operations, including adherence to policies and operational procedures.
- Analyze sales data and KPI trends to produce actionable recommendations that improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver high‑level training, performance evaluations and ongoing coaching to develop the team.
- Mentor and coach team members on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and increase retention.
- Support HR functions and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership; hold team accountable for individual and business goals.
- Assist with merchandising, stockroom operations and occasional physical tasks including lifting product or fixtures as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven capability to analyze sales metrics and translate insight into action plans that drive KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, performance management, coaching and delivering development plans.
- Able to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory-level retail experience in a competitive sales environment, with demonstrable success in driving sales, coaching teams and executing store strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or retail/management certification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Schaumburg, Illinois, USA, with easy access to Chicago.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
