Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend tactical adjustments to improve store performance.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing and performance evaluation processes; hold team accountable for individual and business goals.
  • Create and sustain a customer-centric culture, mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term client relationships.
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership and enforce company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor level.
  • Proven capability to lead others, deliver constructive feedback and drive team accountability against sales and service objectives.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch and regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs); able to navigate sales floor and stockroom safely.
