Coach in Sarasota, FL seeks a Lead Supervisor to lead retail teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and promoting brand awareness through clienteling and service excellence.
- Implement company initiatives and support day-to-day store operations, including merchandising, inventory handling, and visual standards.
- Coach, develop and hold the team accountable through recruiting, interviewing, training, performance evaluations and tailored development plans.
- Monitor and analyse sales data and KPIs to identify trends and recommend actions to drive store performance.
- Resolve internal HR issues and conflicts in the absence of senior leadership and promote a healthy, inclusive work environment compliant with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor or similar level.
- Proven capability to coach, develop and lead retail teams to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting sales data and executing strategies to improve KPIs and customer retention.
- Ability to perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including frequently lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with responsibility for team leadership, sales performance, recruiting, training and execution of store initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Sarasota, Florida, USA, with easy access to Tampa.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
